Her experience includes overseeing the restoration and rehabilitation of early 20^th century buildings along Auchentoroly Terrace adjacent to Druid Hill Park, ensuring compliance with city codes and historic preservation guidelines.

Mrs. Grabau is also the co-owner of Xpress Title Services, a full-service real estate title company serving the mid-Atlantic region and beyond since 2007.
