Our approach is simple. Hecate Property Group provides professional, trustworthy property management services, from tenant screening to leasing to maintenance to evictions. Whether you are an investor with several rental homes or an unintentional landlord, your local office has your solution.

Hecate Property Group charges a monthly management fee of 9% of the collected rent, one month’s rent to lease a vacant unit and lease renewals are on us.  We do not collect on vacant property or charge a termination fee.
